Social Media Specialist at Peak Performance

Do you also want to be part of our exciting journey developing our Direct to Consumer strategy where our social media platforms play an essential role? At Peak Performance, we are now looking for a Social Media Specialist who will be part of our HQ marketing team in Stockholm.
As our Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for building and strengthening the Peak Performance community relationships by developing, planning, and driving the social media activations and implementations for our global social media accounts. This will be done per our global guidelines and strategic business plan. You will be responsible for how we best tell the Peak Performance stories to inspire, serve and engage our consumers and make them fall in love with our brand.
Your main areas of responsibility will include implementing and execute the Peak Performance Social Media strategy. You will be responsible for driving consumer engagement by using relevant social media tactics and platforms to create inspiration and engagement and drive traffic to our other channels (peakperformance.com and retail stores).
Ensure No.1 execution and brand impact of Peak Performance marketing concepts by planning, producing and implementing compelling storytelling material for our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Work closely with our creative team to ensure inspirational and engaging content production for our social media channels.
Leverage the Global seasonal toolbox to secure one brand one message whilst adapting to specific social media needs.
Grow our follower base and increase engagement on all prioritized social media platforms.
Responsible for maintaining a consumer dialogue, ensuring tone of voice & content quality to provide excellent customer relationship management in our Social Media channels.
Lead and drive the overall planning and implementation of social media activations and events (live streaming etc.) according to brand and commercial priorities.
In partnership with the media buying team creating paid advertising campaigns in collaboration with our media agency.
Create and share Social Media guidelines and toolboxes with the local teams.
Track, analyze and recap all campaigns and initiatives.
Evaluate and manage technology solutions for better customer experience across our social media channels.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2 years of experience within social media management at a brand and/or agency.
Education: Minimum Bachelor of marketing or/and similar.
Language: Strong communication skills and excellent in English (spoken and written).
IT tools: Good IT user (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.).
