What you’ll do
Conceptualize ideas for digital marketing campaigns based on consumer insights and campaign performance.
Execute on concepts and produce performance marketing assets (static ads, videos, banners, App Store Screenshots…) for paid media channels including Google UAC, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc
Prepare final files based on supplied specifications for all digital, online and mobile applications
Maintain quality assurance of all output including resizes and iterations
Execute quickly and efficiently, juggling multiple projects in tandem and being able to jump from one task to another as required.
Be able to package and present ideas and creatives with dynamic storytelling both internally and externally
Collaborate with the entire account team: account lead, creative strategist, marketer and analyst to present a best-in-class experience to our clients.
Maintain client expectations and contact with client’s brand/marketing designers or teams, through presentations and regular communication.
Actively contribute to creating and sharing best practices, helping groom and grow the team as we expand
Be on top of key design trends: Both visual and marketing related.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is a strong doer that jumps in and executes from day one and is driven by producing and developing creatives that perform in line with client goals and user needs. You are a nice team player, curious, yet responsible, meticulous and motivated to expand your skills further, adapting to new ways to produce video and interactive creatives while learning about performance marketing. You have the ability to listen and the will to communicate and collaborate. You adapt to changing situations, and the fast changing digital marketing environment, staying curious and on top of things.
You have experience (2+ years) from a creative or production agency, preferably been working with a digital, tech or app related product. You’ve got some hands-on experience and are comfortable in the current digital advertising landscape and channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. You have excellent skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, AfterEffects) as well as Figma and Sketch. You have the ability to animate and you know how to make compelling motion ads from scratch when needed. It’s a plus if you also have some basic HTML knowledge. Excellent communication skills in English both spoken and written is a must to be able to articulate concepts and proposals. Other languages are a plus.
