Liquid Wind is an emerging Power-to-Fuel Company committed to providing renewable liquid fuel to empower carbon neutral shipping. We are looking for a courageous Marketing and Communications Manager to support Liquid Wind to become a world-leader in clean fuel.
Established in 2017, we have a passionate, expert team and world-class partners, including Siemens Energy, Haldor Topsoe, Carbon Clean and Uniper. We are now developing our first facility with Övik Energi in Örnsköldsvik. To meet the growing demand for carbon neutral fuel our ambitious business model is designed for scale, we are aiming for 500 facilities by 2050.
As a small, fast-growing company we are looking for a hands-on team player, ready to hit the ground running. If you enjoy working autonomously and are excited to take Liquid Wind’s marketing and communications to the next level to support our commercial goals, we’d love to talk!
Initially the position is for maternity cover of 1 year, however there is potential for this to extend to a permanent position. Our Head Office is in Gothenburg, however our team is fairly wide-spread.
What you will do
Responsible for Marketing and Communications strategy and implementation, for company and fuel brand
Closely align with Sales Team and CEO to support commercial goals
Build awareness and engagement with key target accounts to support Sales
Rollout brand improvements following Brand Strategy development
Campaign management to support fundraising
Manage communications activities including PR, events, social media, blogging, newsletter and inbound requests.
Organise webinars, investor events, conferences and other media events
Develop engaging collateral, presentations and other marketing materials
Develop brand assets, with designer
Collaborate with Consortium partners to support project through joint activity and amplifying efforts
Manage budget and relationships with agency partners
Other support as required in a fast-growing business
Committed to mitigating the climate crisis in a collaborative way
5 – 7 years marketing experience, within a B2B or technical company a plus
Able to write to a professional standard in both Swedish and English
Ideally, Brand Management experience, interested to develop a leading clean fuel brand, experience with category or ingredient branding
Ability to work closely with Sales, ideally experienced in account-based marketing
Comfortable working in a growing start-up. Autonomous with strong prioritisation skills and a hands-on attitude
