That’s where you come in:
As the Internal Communications Manager for our EMEA region, you will contribute to our mission of connecting our largest and always-evolving region through brilliant content and initiatives that align, educate, inspire and underpin the commercial and strategic agenda of the region. In this role, you will partner with the leadership team of EMEA to bring our messages to life across a highly distributed workforce based on remote, in offices, at research hubs and in our growing network of factories around Europe. As Internal Communications Manager (EMEA) you will:
Develop and implement the strateg y for internal communications for the EMEA region, aligned closely with our global internal comms team

Create and maintain impactful content that delivers the right messages to the right audiences in a way that aligns, educates and inspires

Maintain a communications plan and ensure that the scheduled communications are reaching the target audience

Develop the internal communications infrastructure , including the tools and channels used to reach the EMEA audience in the best way

Measure impact and gather feedback to understand what is or isn’t meeting communication objectives and pivot based on learnings

Collaborate with leaders and partners in key areas of the business to facilitate the seamless flow of relevant information

Develop communications ambassadors throughout the organization by coaching, supporting and building up our comms culture.

This role will report to the VP of EMEA PR & Communication, which is currently in recruitment. The role has a dotted line to the VP of Global Internal & Culture Communications. The role will work closely with both the President and VP of People & Culture for EMEA.

You’ll do well in this role if:
You are a visual storyteller—You can tell a compelling visual story using many different kinds of communication channels

You’ve got a righty-lefty brain— you are both a gifted creator and also a problem-solving logical thinker

You are great at building minimal-viable structures to add just enough framework to align with strategy, while allowing the space for creativity

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field

5+ years working in an internal communications role

A visual storyteller and full-stack content creator—copywriting, speech writing, presentation design, basic graphic design, photography and videography all a plus

Proven track record in creating compelling, creative business communications

Experience in developing communications for both the online workplace, as well as in-person environments, such as offices and factories

Knowledge of enterprise B2B software solutions, digital tools and content creation across various media, for internal communication

Fluency in English required and Swedish (or Danish, Norwegian) a plus
