We are looking for a Head of Brand to take us to global heights. As the leader of our brand department, you will help create and implement the brand strategy that will take us to that next level, and have customers coming back hungry for more!

Your role and impact. Do you have experience from building and executing a brand strategy in a high paced and fast growing industry? As the Head of Brand, you will work closely with the Commercial Director to develop the marketing strategy across all key areas including social media, influencers/partnerships and creative. You will be responsible for the tone of voice for the brand across all markets. It is a very fast paced environment and you will need experience from a similar environment to be able to hit the ground running.
What about the role?

You will own and develop the Curb brand and it’s strategy.

You will ensure an updated brand book, materials and guidelines to drive consistency and TOV through the business.

You will be managing a team of a graphic designer and SoMe manager to ensure content is on brand in all channels, and grow a customer community with creative and engaging content.

You will be building relationships with potential ambassadors, partners and key influencers.

You will be supporting CD in developing a strategy for international expansion.

You will be responsible for challenging and influencing at a senior level the direction of the brand, bringing ideas, inspiration and creative thinking.

You will be responsible for building and executing successful brand campaigns cross market.

You will use market research data results to make informed strategic decisions.

You will be responsible for the Curb sub-brand family, ensuring clear communication on the relationship between the brands.

What about you?

Relevant Bachelor’s degree or course experience equivalent is preferred but not required

>4 years relevant experience from similar high paced industry

You are entrepreneurial and quick on your feet

You are creative and have a passion for brand building

You are structured and organised, and know how to make the team understand your decisions and priorities

You have a track record of successful brand building campaigns

You have proven leadership experience, including building and/or managing a successful team

You are a relationship builder, and have excellent communication skills
