The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves a challenge, and has a passion for learning. To be successful, the Digital Marketing Manager must be a true digital native and master CRM, marketing automation and ad platforms. This person is data driven and determines the best course of action based on analyzing performance data. It’s a big plus if the candidate has experience managing events and webinars.
Digital events – Market and manage digital events and webinars. Drive marketing initiatives via email, ads and social media to generate traffic and convert leads to participants on our digital events.
Quality content – Manage webb, Linkedin and email campaigns to get our story out to our target audience.
Measure – Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success.
Optimize and iterate – Make-it-happen focus on getting the outcome we want from all initiatives.
2+ years experience in marketing, preferably with direct experience developing and executing B2B SaaS growth strategy.
Extensive experience using common marketing SaaS tools to drive, manage, and measure growth. e.g., CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM, Google Ads, Linkedin Ads.
