Community Manager at Mindler
Most people suffer from mental health problems at some point in their lives. Mindler was founded in 2018 by two psychologists and one doctor with the vision to enable a world with better mental health. Since then, we have helped thousands of people to meet a psychologist via our app, having more than 300 accredited psychologists working for us. In Sweden, Mindler is already now the leading provider of access to licensed psychologists and evidence based treatment methods, through safe technology e.g. video meetings.

As a Community Manager you will be part of the Marketing team and you will primarily work with our social media channels and lead the social media strategy.
What would you be working with?
Build up and lead the social media strategy in line with business objectives and overall communication strategy to create growth.
End-to-end manage our organic social media channels, from strategy to tactical and operational setup/content.
Create a community on social media.
Together with Marketing Coordinator drive the dialogue with potential collaborations and influencers who seek Mindlers competence and make campaigns that increase our brand awareness and traffic.
Connect and communicate with patients who want to share their story and be the point of contact with psychologists that want to contribute to marketing activities.
Lead and plan production of content to our social channels.
Support new markets with building social channels that follow our brand platform and design manual.
Follow up and report on relevant KPIs.
Take part in other marketing, SEO and branding efforts.
Who are you?
2+ years of experience in the field.
Passionate about social media and building a global community.
Knowledgeable in the trends & techniques of social media and in identifying new social media tools.
Creating content, preferably within Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent team working, collaboration and networking skills.
Strong strategic and planning skills.
Great verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish.
It is also a plus if you have previous start-up experience and worked with influencer marketing. What can we offer?
