To further strengthen our Digital Communications and Content team we are searching for a Senior Digital Communications and Content Manager.

About the Digital Content team

We are looking for a Senior Digital Communications and Content Manger to further strengthen our Global Creative Studio (GCS) here in Stockholm. As a member of the Global Creative Studio Management Team you will lead the Digital Communication Team. The Digital Communication Team is responsible for all content and visual execution in all digital channels, including, the Oriflame App Suite and social media. Our production is centralized, followed by a localization process ensuring local language implementation on all platforms. The suitable candidate will collaborate closely with other departments in the Creative Studio to align activities and acts as a digital speaking partner/expert to all GCS managers/teams. You will report to Senior Director Global Brand & Communications, Ulrika Blennow.
This position is located at Oriflame´s office in central Stockholm. The assignment is full-time with a probationary period of six months.

What will you do?

As a Digital Communications and Content Manager you will:
Responsible for the digital communication and content strategy, execution, implementation and managing the delivery of our initiatives across all digital channels. Ensure that all deliveries support the overall strategy and meeting the campaign objectives.

Monitor, analyse performance and optimize our communication across all digital channels. Responsible for reporting and providing recommendations to constantly improve our results both globally and regionally.

Revise and define the Oriflame preferred global digital communication channels and their purpose.

Act as the digital communication expert in the Studio and secure relevant digital trainings for the Global Support Office and regions.

Manage, motivate, grow and retain talent within the team of eight. Provide leadership that strengthens the team spirit and creates a working environment that improves performance and ensures creative height.

Collaborate cross functionally within the Studio and other relevant departments to ensure delivery and approval of concepts that are on brief, on time and of high quality meeting the business objectives.

Build and maintain a close and clear communication with regional online teams.

Be an expert resource to the digital platform team to ensure site an app capabilities in line with communication strategy and requirements.

Ability to lead with a clear vision for direction and development of the team and team members.

Independent planning of many projects and requests. Ability to drive several projects in the same period.

Strong communication skills – ability to interface with internal clients as well as working with other teams internally.

Experience of holding convincing presentations and communicating with stakeholders.

Background in digital content production, brand building and consumer goods marketing.

Strong working knowledge and passion for digital communication, e-commerce and social media.

Experienced in digital transformation.

Your background and your qualifications

Must have:
A degree in Communications and/or Marketing
Min 10 years’ experience working with communication and or marketing
Min 5 years’ experience of digital marketing/brand building
Experience in photo and video production
Management experience
Passion for Beauty and trends
Strong communication skills and excellent English (spoken and written).

Experienced in international matrix organisations
Experienced in working with inhouse agencies and production companies
Industry Experience (FMCG and/or Direct Sales)
