We are looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to join our acquisition team. As our social expert you will be responsible for the strategic planning of our social UA as well as the tactical execution through agencies.
Rebtel has been a mobile first company for several years and we are currently transitioning into becoming an app first company. Your job will be to make sure we stay on top of the curve adopting the latest technologies and platforms while driving growth.
You will be responsible for a large media budget generating customers from all over the world – always with performance in mind – spearheading our growth efforts.
As SM Manager you will be part of the Acquisition team consisting of channel experts as well as Conversion, Growth and Data managers. Furthermore, you will work closely with other stakeholders such as our Marketing and Product teams to make sure all our sales channels are coordinated to create the perfect media mix & content.
Driving top of the class paid social campaigns in the world’s most competitive markets (USA, UK, France, Germany and more)
Promoting Rebtel’s mobile apps via top social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and more)
Ensuring goals are reached and delivering on KPIs (User Acquisition, CPI, CPA)
Ensuring high quality of user intake driven by Social activities
Reporting to management and executive teams
Working closely with colleagues responsible for CRO, BI, and Product to ensure the best performance of your channels
Cross-department project coordination (marketing, product and acquisition)
1+ years of social experience, preferably experience with large international accounts
Good understanding of social products, tactics and formats
Good understanding of tracking technologies for web and apps
Good knowledge of digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adjust)
Good knowledge of management tools such as: Power Editor, Twitter ad
Experience with mobile UA is beneficial, but not mandatory
Good Excel skills
Always on top of the latest trends in SM
Great analytical skills
Attention to detail
Driven, motivated and in love with SM
Willing to work in a dynamic and fast-moving start-up environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time
Good presentation skills
Fluent in English, other language beneficial
