Zound Industries design, develop, manufacture and sell lifestyle electronics for the global market with our own brand Urbanears as well as licensed brand Marshall. Zound Industries’ products are sold in more than +120 markets and today we have approximately 200 employees in Sweden (HQ), France, US and China. Zound Industries and adidas have just entered a licensing agreement where Zound Industries will design, develop, manufacture, market and sell audio products under the adidas Badge of Sport and adidas Originals label for the global market. The partnership, stretching until 2024, will see the first headphone products hit the market in 2019.

Zound is now looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager who will help shape the editorial vision for Marshall Headphones by creating and commissioning first-class content. You will oversee all aspects of the Marshall Headphones owned channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Blog) from content ideation through to publishing and reporting to ensure the channels drive brand affinity with the desired target audience as well as meet the strategic and commercial needs of the brand.
This position will be of great importance when maintaining and developing the channel strategy, guidelines and tone-of-voice. You will develop content themes, editorial concepts and guidelines in connection to the social media creative executions. You will work closely with Art Director, Production Manager, Partnerships and Artist Relations Manager and/or external agencies to produce inspirational content for owned channels. You have to ensure all content adheres to the Marshall voice and aesthetic, follows the required style guides, production processes and meets editorial standards.
In order to succeed as a Social Media Manager you are a creative soul and a strong communicator. You must be organized and strategic thinking with analytical skills. We expect you to be methodical and able to manage different projects at the same time as well as work well under pressure and enjoy working in a deadline-driven, entrepreneurial and creative environment.
We believe that you have a bachelor in marketing/PR or equivalent and at least 1-3 years’ experience in an editorial capacity at a publication or brand covering music and/or culture.
