We are looking for a Social Media Editor to help shape the editorial vision for Marshall team, this by creating and commissioning first-class content for their owned channels – Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and Blog. You will work from A to Z – come up with content ideas, production, publishing and reporting, all with the overall goal to drive brand affinity with the desired target audience and meet the strategic and commercial needs of the brand.

You will be responsible for audience growth and continued innovation in the brand’s storytelling. To succeed with this you will generate story ideas, execute interviews and write original pieces in both short and long-format, and also commission and edit stories from freelance contributors.

Part of your job will be to create the content calendars and facilitate approval with internal and external stakeholders. You will track, measure and optimise content performance and also keep an eye on competitors and market changes to stay innovative and be able to maximise the potential of all channels.

You will closely with Art Direction, Production Manager, Partnerships & Artist Relations Manager and with external agencies. But you will also be in close contact with brand, e-commerce and event team to ensure an integrated approach.

You will be the voice of the brand, so you need to be a flawless communicator and writer in English and have a deep understanding of digital storytelling and social distribution.
