Born in 2014 by Creative Director, Max Svärdh and CEO, Albin Johansson, Axel Arigato is a Sweden based contemporary brand that started from an Instagram page and an idea to break into the footwear market. With deep roots in music, art, architecture and what is contemporary, Axel Arigato has defined itself by offering more than a product. It has been created to leave an experience at the front of mind, whether it’s via stores, online or through events. Axel Arigato currently has 8 stores, including London, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Munich & Paris with more pending. Expanding from 2 people to now hiring over 100 members of staff in 7 years, Axel Arigato also operates a subsidiary office in London.
ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As Performance & Marketing Coordinator, you will work on the day-to-day execution of campaigns on our different platforms to enable a constant growth strategy, while always delivering the right brand message. We see the right person as always challenging existing ideas with a constant willingness to find new loopholes for an optimized structure and higher growth.
As a team of 4 we work with content and marketing from all aspects-analytical, strategic, creative and of course all driven by not just goals but the teams desire to try new things and find a way to measure them. This role will work with mostly the three areas below:
- Publish new ads.
- Manage ad content.
- Analyze and report on content performance.
- Create content briefs.
- Daily budget adjustments of selected parts of the paid social mix such as Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok.
- Stay up to date with latest updates including current channels but not excluding new potential channels.
- Find and contact new publishers.
- Coordinate existing affiliates in terms of commission levels, content, product placements.
