Mission:
The overall objective of the position is to commercially manage the web shops for a selection of markets in EMEA (Europe Middle East and Africa) with the main objective to grow online sales for mainly (but not limited to) spare parts, consumables and accessories within both Major Appliances and Small Appliances ranges.

You will be part of a team of 8 individuals within Aftermarket Sales Deparment.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
• Managing local product pricing and ranging and make sure that central EMEA guidelines in terms of price strategy and assortment are followed
• Monitor local competitive landscape, do analyses and adjust to local market conditions
• Collaborate with local webshop representatives in the different Countries (Local Ownership Solutions)
• Understanding market differences and adjust selling approaches accordingly in close collaboration with local markets representatives
• Create promotion / activity plans for each six month and market , that are aligned with other ELX channel activities and communication
• Understand the mechanisms around SEO, SEM, email, display ads and social media to drive site traffic and generate demand
• Suggest, create and drive campaigns /newsletters / promotions /emails etc on local language that are aligned with brand guidelines and activity plans incl business cases that support activities
• Responsible that ”look and feel” and brand guidelines are followed in collaboration with Design/UX partner and Marketing
• Responsible for webshop traffic and behavioral analysis used to optimize site performance and maximize conversion rates
• Providing reports on weekly and monthly bases incl analyses on performance e.g. follow up on KPIs like conversion rates, traffic per channel, results from campaigns etc and provide analyses that explain current KPI trends and suggested corrective actions
• Actively work to enforce the Ownership Experience strategy from an ecommerce perspective

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Who are we looking for:
• At least 4 years of experience in similar roles (E-commerce, Online Sales, Web Traffic, SEM, Affiliate etc) in B2C
• Good general technical understanding of a typical ecommerce environment
• Good understanding of SEO/SEM and other mechanism that drive traffic
• Great knowledge about google anaytics
• Excellent google analytical skills
• Previous experience working with SAP/Hybris is a plus
• Fluent English
• Any other European language is considered a plus (German, French, Spanish or Italian)
