Mobylife is now developing a new Nordic online channel to improve access, speed and customer experience for consumers. The online channel will offer easy access to support and diagnostics, authorised repair services, buyback, express delivery services, back up services, insurance etc.

We are looking for an Online Business Manager to manage the development of and sales through this new channel. The Online Business Manager will be a part of the Business Development organisation based in Malmö.

Responsibilities

  • Work with customers to understand how the online channel will contribute to their businesses and customer experiences
  • Manage design, development and maintenance of our online presence in the Nordics in close collaboration with local management teams and development partners
  • Plan and execute online sales and marketing campaigns towards customers
  • Analyze and report performance on online channels and campaigns
  • Develop and execute new and creative growth strategies

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
