As Head of Social Media you will take on the important role of securing that our social channels link to our commercial goals, and of driving the development of the community to make sure Monki is growing globally and locally. Along with the strategic responsibility, you will handle the operative responsibility for the daily management of all Monki channels together with the Social Media coordinator. You will moderate, be the main contact point for our local social media coordinators in different markets, and be the voice of digital reason and creativity in our creative campaign process, to ensure great social media communication. As a person and a professional, you combine a visionary view on social media and community building in the future with a strong capacity for concrete strategy and day to day tactical decisions. You know your tweets, posts, likes, regrams, paid ads, influencer trends and, yes, you also understand the effects of a new algorithm. You love fashion or have previous experience of the industry. You are result driven, you know how to set an effective social media advertising strategy to secure reach and traffic, and you are constantly keeping up with developments in the field. As language is one of the main tools of your work, being fluent not only in English but in Millennial and Gen Z speak is a must. We also think you’ll love our office glitter selfie booth.
