You’ll keep them up to date with the latest Merchant information and news. Guiding them with important tips and facts. Anything and everything that will help our Merchants continue to grow with us. Your goal will be to identify their needs and provide them with helpful information in a Fyndtastic way. Our Merchants are counting on you to lead them on the right path and to continue building a successful friendship.
You as a humble rebel at Fyndiq will:
- Always have one question in mind “What do our Merchant need from us to improve their sales?”
- Package relevant information and present it to our Merchants before they even realise they need it.
- Define all suitable communication channels and implement scalable communication flows.
- Organize Merchant Events.
So pack your bags with your:
- Communication skills, both spoken and written (Swedish and English).
- Experience in managing and updating content and information on websites, etc. and working in a CMS.
- Project management skills.
- Experience in handling, managing, monitoring social medias and commenting when necessary.
Our team consists of 8 fab Fyndians and their goal is to provide great bargain products to our bargain hunters.
