Marketing Coordinator till Prysmian

Within our Product/Marketing department , located in Nässjö, Sweden we are looking for a fulltime:
As part of our SELL IT Program, the Marketing Coordinator will report to the Product Manager of Sweden.
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Support sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, new product information; relaying customer services requests. Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.
Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
What you’ll need to succeed
High Education in Marketing and/or Communication area or other relevant field
3-7 years of relevant experience.
Market and technical interested.
Will be able to handle the role as a project leader
Skills in preparing adds and using systems for this (for ex Adobe Creative Suite -InDesign and Photoshop).
Used to work with web and fluent in office-programs.
Very good skills in Swedish and English is mandatory requirement.
High creativity, social, driven, pro-active.
