The marketing team’s main mission is to inspire existing customers and attract new customers to our hotels. We are responsible for all customer communication across all channels, strategic as well as tactical. We aim to work agile and data-driven – where we go for business value, base decisions on data, test new approaches and channels, optimize and learn.

The Marketing Content & Support Manager has a team of 6 people and is part of the Group Marketing team. In this role you are responsible for 360 content creation and execution for all owned, earned and paid marketing channels at group, online and offline, strategic and tactical. You will also lead the content creation and coordination in 3rd party channels as well as ensuring support for hotels in tools & systems.

Areas of responsibility:

Lead a team of 6 people including attract, retain and develop as well as setting targets and follow-up on performance

Ensure efficient collaboration and ways-of-working within team and towards other Scandic functions

Ensure development of generic / Scandic-wide content (copy, images, video) for all channels – for all sites and countries

Ensure domain-specific content creation for .COM

Ensure a data-driven approach with the customer in focus

Prioritize content creation requests and ensure communication of delivery times and scope

Ensure fulfillment of SLA on support for hotels in content systems

Ensure 3rd party channel updates for all hotels across countries
