In this position, you participate in and contribute to the strategic planning and daily decisions related to the Lantmännen Cerealia brands in the Nordic region. The role is advisory, with a focus on strategic creative development and media visibility. You are the company’s expert in these areas and the responsibility is to pass on this knowledge within the organization. You belong to the marketing and innovation department, where you’re sitting in the management team and reports to the Marketing & Innovation Director.

Main responsibilities; ensure the right communication strategies and (smart) media mix for their brands, in combination with strong, creative ideas. Also ensuring effective collaborations with both agencies and internally, always exploring new ways to develop the brand’s communication.

Experience; you have a relevant degree or equivalent education in eg communication and advertising. At least 7 years of experience from brand marketing and communications work, with an international focus. A deep understanding of the digital landscape and its possibilities is a must.

You; a creative and proactive soul. Always curious, looking for new ways of solving problems and tasks. With an analytical and strategic ability. Of course with natural leadership skills and a result-oriented focus. You´re a positive team player.

The position is placed at Lantmännen’s corporate headquarters on Kungsholmen in Stockholm.
