As we continue to grow our methods of attracting new merchants have grown in parallel and we are now looking for an Acquisition Manager to be part of our B2B marketing team based in our HQ in Stockholm.

What you will be doing
As Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for developing and driving our acquisition of SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) merchants, owning the paid advertising  and SEO strategies globally. In doing so, you will manage the efficiency of all of our online acquisition tools as well as our biggest merchant touchpoint, klarna.com.

Working in close collaboration with regional marketing teams, content managers and web owners across the globe, you will allocate appropriate resources for effective lead generation as well as seek out new acquisition opportunities both locally and internationally.

You will also be responsible for managing our relationships with external agencies as well as set and follow up on relevant KPIs. Sets and follows up on the appropriate KPIs. In short we are looking for someone truly amazing to set a strategy and make sure it is carried out. Sounds easy, right.

Who you are
If you are still reading this odds are that you are an extremely digitally savvy individual, which is good because you will need it in this role. You have previous experience from implementing online acquisition strategies that have lead to demonstrable sales and conversion results. You constantly seek to improve conversion funnels and you can outline tactical acquisition campaigns just as easily as you recommend and build strategies for global concepts. You are driven by metrics and you are motivated by your ability to impact sales in a fast moving global environment.

You may have done this in an agency and/or inhouse setting, but when we call your references they will continuously describe you as a doer and hands on kind of person. You take pride in being good at the craft itself rather than offering lofty ideas for someone else to carry out and you always, always deliver what you say you will.

You have great communication skills and and love learning from your colleagues as well as sharing your knowledge with them. Most importantly you are passionate about what you do and when someone says “conversion rate optimization” or “top funnel-acquisition content” it is hard to get you to stop talking.
