Sartorius Sartorius is in the process of expanding its Data Analytics division and is looking for a new global Head of Marketing. This key position will suit someone with the drive and vision to plan, develop and implement dynamic inbound and outbound marketing strategies within the biopharma, chemistry and food and beverage industries. The position will include leading and coaching our global marketing team.
This role can be based in the UK, Sweden or Central Europe. You will be based from home, close to an international airport.

About the position: Strong leadership skills are paramount for this position combined with an extrovert personality that can capture an audience and effectively communicate a vision for taking Data Analytics to the next level.

Your experience will be current and forward thinking including success-tracking of marketing strategies, marketing communications, development and implementation of programmes for lead generation and conversion, public relations activities plus overseeing product management. You will also co-ordinate with the other functions of the organisation at strategic and tactical levels.
About you: Strong marketing communications leadership position experience
Leadership experience in product management (ideally software and/or life science technology)
Inbound Marketing (lead generation, conversion and nurturing – from cold to close plus implementation of marketing automation process
Outbound marketing (value messaging, website content and tracking, success stories, whitepapers, digital marketing (blogs etc.) and events
Closed-loop analytics with sales to track lead conversion and continuous refinement of conversion process
A relevant degree in marketing or the equivalent in experience
