We believe you´re highly motivated, analytical, and creative. You love working in a fast-moving environment and build stuff from scratch. The role is both operational and strategic so we need you that´s not afraid of getting your hands dirty. You will be responsible for drive new leads and find new segments with the team.

You will report to the Head of Marketing but you will work just as closely with the Sales team as the marketing team to generate leads across all digital touchpoints.

We hope that you´re eager to learn and have a natural willingness to “hack” and experiment with most of the things that we do.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build Scrives lead process almost from scratch
  • Manage all leads activities, from marketing automation to channel optimization.
  • Monitor and optimize all lead-generating channels (adwords, social etc.)
  • Implementation and execution of campaigns internally as well as external
  • Responsible for execution of content in all digital channels
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to plan content and optimize the sales process
  • Marketing automation to channel optimisation
  • Be creative and solve problems in a ”start-up culture”

Experience/Requirements: 

  • Good knowledge of lead generating activities across different digital channels
  • Good knowledge within SEM (SEO/SEA) on an operational level
  • Conversion and online analysis
  • Experience from content creation
  • Experience working with preferable Hubspot or another marketing automation tool.
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, growth marketing or inbound marketing
  • Skills within Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • We believe you had an experience from the start-up scene before
  • You´ll be creating content in both english and swedish so you need to able to write in both languages
