Global Digital Advertising & Media Manager at Happy Socks

We are now looking for a Global Digital Advertising & Media Manager to manage our Online Advertising & Social Team consisting of five channel specialists. You’ll be based at the HQ in Stockholm, together with 120 happy and extremely driven people from 20 countries.
As our Global Digital Advertising & Media Manager you’ll establish channel growth to meet ambitious but realistic revenue targets together with external agencies. You’ll create and implement advertising and content best practices, and ensure that they are shared and used internally (so make sure to bring your entrepreneurial spirit and relationship building skills!). You’ll constantly be on top of each channel’s performance to ensure we reach our profitability and engagement targets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Strategically manage our global advertising accounts
- Oversee the day-to-day management and long-term development of all our global SEM/PPC/Display/Social channels
- Be on top of each channel’s performance to ensure we reach our profitability and engagement targets as well as finding new ways of maximizing these metrics
- Closely collaborate with our in-house creative department and external agencies on the creation of digital creative assets
- Maintain a strong relationship with our external stakeholders and suppliers
Requirement & Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience from working with facebook ads and SEM management (either from an agency or advertiser side)
- Experience from having direct reports
- Fluency in English (any other language is a plus!)
- Being Google AdWords certified and experience from working with Google Analytics (being Google Analytics IQ certified is a big plus)
- Experience from working in a fast-growing online retail business as well as from working in another country
You’ll base all your decisions on data so being detail oriented and analytical is key. You like to work both strategically and hands-on, whilst having a strong result and sales focus.
