Global Campaign Planner at Storytel

Storytel, a Swedish company founded in 2005, is both a digital platform provider as well as a comprehensive publishing group. We are growing rapidly and are now looking to strengthen our Global Brand and Campaigns team with a Campaign planner mainly focusing on offline channels.
About the role
You will be part of our global Brand & Campaigns team whose main responsibility is to develop and take care of our brand as well as to ensure that there’s campaign material available for a wide range of marketing channels. As a campaign planner you are the link between our inhouse design team, our agencies and our local markets.
You are expected to have control over everything from production budgets to local needs linked to the media plans. It is also important that you have a good understanding of the production cycle and can help our markets navigate their campaign orders and be able to look ahead and anticipate future needs. On a daily basis you’ll be coordinating the work between local markets and global agencies/commercial functions when it comes to marketing and media plans, campaign material and other initiatives to build the Storytel brand as well as attract new customers.
We believe that you are a person who takes initiative and has the ability to create structure in a role with many contacts, both internally and externally. You thrive in a high paced environment where you work in an independent manner and your communication skills are excellent.
You probably have experience from working at an agency or in a marketing department at a global company. Following brand guidelines is part of your daily work and you have experience from both the creative process and the media side of the main ATL channels such as TV, OOH/DOOH and print. Preferably you also have experience from digital marketing and online campaigns.
To sum up, we see that you have:
- 5+ years of experience from an agency, marketing department or similar
- Knowledge of campaign creation, e.g. budget process, production etc.
- A good understanding of media buying
- Are used to follow up on results and are able to draw learnings from them
- A data driven mindset
- Speak and write English fluently
- If you also have experience from working with event & PR it’s an advantage
