Zound Industries design, develop, manufacture and sell lifestyle electronics for the global market. The company was founded in 2008 and launched its first product in December 2009. Our own brands Urbanears, Molami and Coloud as well as licensed brand Marshall, currently reside in this incubator, each with a distinct personality intended to serve a specific target audience. Zound Industries claims the fashion statement in the CE business; to make electronics fashionable and fashion electronic. Zound Industries’ products are sold in more than +120 markets and today we have approximately 150 employees in Sweden (HQ), France, US and China.

What we´re looking for
We are now on the lookout for a self-organized, ambitious and engaging colleague to join Zound’s eCommerce team at the HQ in Stockholm. The eCommerce department is responsible for Global sales and Customer experience through our flagship stores Urbanears.com and Marshallheadphones.com as well as Chinese marketplaces. At Zound Industries we are passionate and super dedicated about what we do – and we expect no less from you.
In the position as China eCommerce Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the local eCommerce team in China, as well as our Global Brand teams in Stockholm. You will be responsible for the China eCommerce Marketing roadmap, including Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR, KOL, Partnerships and ATL Brand activities . You are also responsible for aligning the Global Brand guidelines and activities with the Chinese Market, acting as a link between the local eCommerce team in China and the Global Brand teams in Stockholm.
In order to succeed as a China eCommerce Marketing Manager you must act as a great team player with attention to details. You have a strong ability to organize and prioritize your own work and don’t shy away from taking your own initiatives. You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are able to juggle a multitude of tasks – some with very short notice. Last but not least, you’re a non-prestigious and humble person who understands that running a fast-growing company means you have to get your hands dirty.
We believe that you have a couple of years’ work experience as a Marketing Manager, Marketing Project Manager or similar in an international environment. You have a passion for building brands and a deep understanding of Digital Marketing and Sales. You are fluent in Mandarin as well as in Swedish and/or in English. Experience from working in China is a merit. You are based at our HQ in Stockholm but this position includes daily contact as well as regular travel to our Shenzhen office.
