About the role
As a Digital Performance Marketing specialist, you will play a key part in developing and growing of our e-Commerce presence and sales in digital channels for the EMEA and APAC markets. This role will be focused primarily on growth acquisition and conversion optimization, using data and insights to develop strategy and execute it with focus on how to spread our awareness, drive traffic and conversion. You will be part of the e-Commerce team and report to the Global Digital Marketing Manager.

Main Responsibilities

  • Operational responsibility for digital marketing to promote Zound Industries’ brands (Marshall headphones, Urbanears, and adidas headphones) and drive traffic and sale to the e-commerce websites
  • Together with the Global Digital Marketing Manager, initiate, plan and manage digital marketing strategy and activities across all current and future paid digital channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels, marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize media planning, spend and performance based on those insights
  • Responsible for developing and managing relationship and campaigns with local partners
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate and secure relationships with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought perspective for adoption where appropriate
Who we’re looking for

  • BS/MSc degree in BA, digital marketing, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years proven working experience within a similar role from a digital marketing or paid media agency
  • Advance knowledge of digital marketing and tracking metrics
  • Ability to deliver results against set KPIs in a fast-moving environment
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and convert
  • Experience with A/B testing and continuous evaluation and optimization of various channels and campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in another language such as German or Spanish is a plus
