DeLaval is looking for a Digital marketing specialist

Are you an enthusiastic digital marketing specialist, keen to put the latest online technologies into practice and who is looking to join a global communications department?

We are a small team but have worldwide reach working directly with our international markets across more than 35 countries ,such as Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, US and Sweden to mention a few. You will be working with all aspects of digital communications and will act as a key player in championing digital marketing/communications throughout the regions we operate in.

You not only enjoy creating great content, but you take pride in measuring its business impact and feeding this knowledge back to the organisation. This is a dynamic role and you will be expected to add input into our strategic digital direction.

Function and responsibilities:

The digital marketing specialist is responsible for our content strategy and maintaining our editorial calendar. This includes creating and publishing up-to-date content regarding DeLaval on our digital channels (including Social Media). He/She is also responsible for creating and delivering the digital part of marketing campaigns (linked into the Global Marketing Plan, GMP).He/she has hands on experience with content creation, including video as well as being Social Media savvy.

Key competences and education required:
-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related communications field. MBA is a plus.
-Excellent in English, oral and in writing, multilingual abilities is a plus.
-In-depth knowledge of digital communications including, SEO, SEM, display & video advertising and social media
-Experience setting up and measuring successful digital campaigns – management of social media channels is desirable
-Experience working with the Adobe create suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
-Web publishing experience, ideally using the EpiServer platform
-Agency collaboration experience is needed.
-International experience, market and customer research experience is highly valued.

-Ability to create engaging content for our target audience using a mix of copy, images and video
-A passion for new technology tools and an early adopter, and willingness to embrace change and to adapt strategies on the fly.
-The ability to inspire and influence different stakeholders with varying levels of digital knowledge.
-Ability to learn from all input and combining the broad input in to an overall consistent approach.
