Job description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator at IAR Systems, you will work with continuous improvements and maintenance, as well as long-term projects and ongoing analytics. Your priority will be to create qualified sales leads using our websites, our most important communication channel, while ensuring that our brands remain of high value. You will be part of a marketing team consisting of five persons in the Uppsala head office, as well as colleagues handling local marketing in Japan and Korea. We work closely as a team and help each other out where it’s most needed so from time to time your tasks could involve other areas of marketing as well.

  • You’ll manage and create relevant content in order to share information with our customers and optimize our conversion rate.
  • You’ll create weekly and monthly analysis (including some focus on revenue and customers) as well as proactively dive deep into Google Analytics and other campaign analytics tools to provide actionable insights during campaign flights to optimize for success of our growth goals.
  • You’ll work on establishing a customer journey across several different digital platforms.
  • You’ll act as the main interface to our external web agency.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to be knowledgeable in key areas of digital marketing, such as website management, and have an understanding of the key measurement tools available. Since we are a global company in a worldwide market, you need to have good communicative skills both written and spoken in Swedish and English. Since you will have lot of interaction with others, we believe you are a people person, have a natural commitment for helping people and have a positive attitude. You are eager to learn and get into the core of our marketing, sales and business processes.

It is a bonus but not a requirement if you also have a degree in marketing or communication, have experience from marketing automation tools, and from building reports and analyzing campaigns within a CRM (we work with Salesforce), or have previous experience from working at a technical B2B company.
