THE ROLE
As a Digital Art Director, you will create and drive strong ideas. Creating, developing and managing content and visual communication for all assigned projects, primarily digital projects but also image art direction. You drive projects from defining the visual creative concept and communication idea,- to final execution, while always having the ambition to strengthen the Brand DNA and work in line with brand values, routines and activity plan. Always with the customer in mind. You will lead the creative process, develop talents and lead temporary teams, brief and manage external collaborators. You always work as a part of a team, you strive for constant improvement and keep yourself updated on current topics in the society, trends and tendencies within the industry.
You will be responsible for:
  • Develop, create and design; concepts, ideas, content and visual communication for all assigned projects.
  • Manage content creation and projects from creative idea to digital experience and execution. Leading teams
  • Create final layouts and design for assigned digital projects and deliverables.
  • Secure and maintain the right level of visual expression in all digital channels
  • Creative lead Ecomm Lookbook shoots
  • Image art direction on campaigns
  • Creating moving content ideas and execution.
  • Creating designs for weekday.com
YOU
  • Have minimum 4 years’ experience within digital art direction and creative lead on photo shoots.
  • Are structured, organized with problem solving skills – A creative project leader.
  • Are motivated by teamwork
  • Like having big responsibility and quality focused in everything you do.
  • Take the initiative to drive things forward and implement new plans and ideas-
  • take actions and make it happen.
  • Have experience from working in a commercial, online fashion environment, advertising and/or similar, you have a great understanding for different key players within the company and challenges in the business.
  • Are driven by creating a great customer experience
  • Are communicative and able to present and sell an idea or concept
  • Have a big personal interest in fashion.
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and written.
  • Typography. Adobe Creative Suite: Indesign, Photoshop, After effects, Capture 1, Premiere Pro, Sketch.
