Scandic has started the transformation of becoming a Data driven company, focusing on customer intelligence, decisions and actions based on data. Our ambition is to move towards less manual ad hoc analysis and more automated reporting followed by insight and action. In the role as a Customer Analyst, you will be the expert when it comes to knowledge of our customers, both guests and members of the Loyalty Program.

You will find and share insights, recommend actions and spread the importance and advantages of analyzing data. You will work closely with the Growth Hacker, Guest Interaction Manager and Data Strategist. Your focus will be on the guest lifecycle, all the way from analyzing the member base and creating dashboards in Power BI (or similar self-service application), to more advanced analysis and statistics in creating customer scorings, predictive models and also recommending ways of working and best practice.

You will work with exploring data, both data extracts and data in our data warehouse. You need to be flexible and innovative, some data is in silos and unexplored. You will also be a part of projects where customer data and analysis is needed.

Areas of responsibility:

  • KPI reporting
  • Creating scoring models and predictions
  • Analysis of member base, both aggregated and on a customer level
  • Analysis of Scandic Friends
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting
  • Share insights, recommendations and drive them to action and show impact.

The role reports to our Vice President Customer Loyalty & Insights Alvin Argus.
