We are looking for an experienced conversion optimization specialist to join our Performance Team. You will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel together with the rest of the Performance team. You will also be part of a team that is cross-functional and will support other disciplines as well.

About the role

The CRO & Web team is a new team that you will play a big part in forming. You will be responsible for supporting the other teams in the Performance department as well as other disciplines within the marketing department. You are expected to own and deliver on all conversion points over our storefronts as well as several other touch points where we engage with our users.

The CRO & Web team has its own KPIs (where converting users to creating a Paradox Account is the major team owned KPI) as well as supporting the other teams achieving their conversion based KPIs. You will also be in charge of producing and launching brand web sites together with our web agency and other internal stakeholders. You will be optimizing conversion points not only on the web but also in apps and in game.

Requirements

  • Deep CRO knowledge and hands on experience
  • Deep understanding of web
  • Be able to work in GA and GTM
  • Experience in working with relevant software (Hotjar, Google Optimize etc.)
  • Analytical knowledge and being able to read and understand data

Having experience with web programming and UX design is a big plus. Being social and enjoy working in a team and with others is essential as you will be building relationships internally to succeed with your KPIs.
