We have great locations, urban design and we’re offering selected service, but the service we give is great. We aim to be easy & likeable. As in easy on the wallet, with easy access and last but definitely not least – easy on the planet.

We’re looking for a communicator, placed in Stockholm, Oslo or Copenhagen.

With a core genius in either digital, social or PR marketing. The dream would be to find someone who’s a wiz at social & masters the art of classic PR at the same time – but I’m aware that might be tricky.

The job?

We’re growing rapidly and we need to make sure we create content that is both informative & engaging, awareness driving and commercially relevant.

You will assist our hotels with communication of all kind. Implementing the brand strategy to reach the hearts and the minds of our potential guests, wherever they are.

In other words: it is time for a big big brand boost. Making sure everyone in the Nordics will know what Comfort Hotel is.

Some of the must-have-and-slightly-boring-to-read-details:
We’re a small and agile team, where everyone is expected to contribute like true entrepreneurs – usually playing more than one role
The team has full responsibility for central social media channels; creating content plans, producing posts, be active in the digital guest dialogue etc – and link this to eCommerce opportunities
The team is also responsible for content on the web – write short inspirational stories and produce them on our (for the time being slumbering) blog, produce informative texts about our hotels etc
Assist the hotels in each market and ensure they reach their full potential; host comms educations, assist them with local PR etc
Create PR-worthy stories based on Comfort’s communication strategy – and sell this to media
Be part of the commercial pre-opening team when opening new hotels

You?
I can’t wait to see who you are. I don’t have all details figured out yet, but I do know that you’re creative, positive & can produce things with the speed of light. That you prefer to say yes instead of no. That you keep up with relevant trends both in comms and in general.

You must be fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish – depending on which city you will have your base in. Makes sense – right? You also need to have a strong network in your local market, making sure it is fairly easy to sell a story to a national magazine or to get on the radar with the right influencers.

The rest will be sorted out during the recruitment process.

Me?

You’ll report to me – Maja – Chief Marketing Officer. I’m located in Stockholm and I’m Swedish. If you’re into personality tests I can reveal that I’m an ENFJ-person (Myers Bridge) with a color spectrum of Red/Yellow/Green (DISC).

I’m flexible about your working hours. You can come early, you can leave late, you can work 150 % one day and 50 % the other. As long as you work around 40 hours/week in average. I believe in honest, direct and transparent communication. And I love to see both people and brands grow.
