We’re looking for a creative, experienced and structured marketing manager to execute our integrated brand and product marketing in a bold, consumer-centric way that supports key business objectives and builds strong brand equity and awareness worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with the ambition of being the global leader in luxury men’s essentials, where you will work closely with the Creative Director and CEO. We expect you to be highly creative with a proven ability to develop and deliver on a global marketing strategy, planning and executing engaging campaigns, and possess an acutely analytical approach in building a global brand.

CDLP is a Swedish design company of men’s sustainable luxury essentials such as underwear, swimwear and homewear. The products are primarily sold through the brand’s e-commerce and physical concept store and can also be found at some of the world’s leading retailers, including Mr Porter, NK, Bergdorf Goodman, Harvey Nichols, Matches fashion and Selfridges. All products are crafted from premium sustainable fabrics and made in Europe. The brand launched in 2016, opened its first concept store in Stockholm in 2019, and has been celebrated in international press such as New York Times, Vogue & Esquire.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities in partnership with the Creative Director
  • Manage the global marketing, PR and activations calendar in liaison with the creative team
  • Responsible for the overall campaign planning, liaising with all responsible teams internally
  • Partner with content/creative teams on how to best maximize and utilize for all channels
  • Manage global marketing budget in close partnership with the CEO and CFO
  • Create and share insights-driven creative briefs that inspire our creative team to deliver results-oriented, brand differentiating work
  • Participate in ideation of best-in-class marketing solutions and creative concepts in terms of brand collaborations, promotions, seasonal campaign
  • Routinely audit data, customer behavior and hindsight reports related to marketing efforts

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Strategic, creatively minded and results oriented marketer with a proven track record in campaign development, brand storytelling and project management
  • Strong ability to translate product, trend and merchandising details into marketing narratives
  • A nuanced understanding of various media channels, and how they affect the customer journey
  • A deep understanding of audience management including activation, creation and measurement
  • Practical experience of running marketing programs that have successfully scaled globally
  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, and ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional and agency partners that facilitate team success
  • Relevant education and the possession of a global mindset
  • Marketing experience in the fashion, lifestyle or culture space is a plus
