As an Advertiser Support Executive you will be fully competent and responsible for the day to day delivery of Client tasks and processes. You will contribute towards delivering efficient, quality support to clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for identifying and executing efficiencies within the team and quality assurance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond and action Client enquiries in an efficient and professional manner within agreed service level agreements (SLA’s) whilst maintaining quality at all times
  • Logging all Client enquires via the internal system
  • Documenting and undertaking all Client specific requirements and processes ensuring records are maintained
  • Management of invoicing administration
  • Monitor and audit the performance of the programs via Tradedoubler’s proprietary advanced reporting intelligence suite
  • Manage the deployment of:
    • marketing creative (advertisements)
    • affiliate communications (newsletters)
    • offers (voucher codes)
    • commissions
  • Project participation when required, making sure the consistent delivery of projects within set timeframes
  • Attend regular calls with clients and publishers to assess customer satisfaction, provide consultancy and discuss new strategies to implement
  • Training – assist in induction and on-going development of team members
  • Supervising and supporting team members in day to day tasks
  • Quality assurance – performing regular quality checks on tasks completed by junior team members, investigating and resolving issues, identifying training needs
  • Prioritisation of tasks/processes and delegation of tasks across the team

Professional Requirements

  • Ability to grasp technical concepts e.g. basic HTML would be an advantage
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • English required – Nordic language would be an advantage
  • Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audiences
  • Training skills – delivery via presentations and on the job training
  • Possess strong organisational/prioritisation/delegation skills
  • Willing to work hard in a very fast paced, sales driven, dynamic and demanding environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advance use of Excel an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task essential whilst maintaining a high level of quality
