Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Your main focus is to identify, establish and maintain close relationships with top influencers, media, OPL, artists, designers and stakeholders, and to secure adidas content creation, PR driven campaign elements and digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute our content strategy for the Nordics, aligned with Western Europe plan across Sport Performance and Fashion.
  • Develop, enhance and maximize our digital presence, and maximize our partners, influencers and assets social networks to drive brand and support sales.
  • Create and manage local content for both Fashion and Sports, and proactively seeking new relationships and opportunities within the scope of influencer marketing and asset publishing.
  • Build and manage local media relations and incoming requests, proactively seeking new relationships and opportunities with key media.
  • Create local PR material and press releases, concepts and content.
  • Secure we reach our targets/KPIs on each campaign actions (Newsroom strategy and analysis)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Great insight and experience of social media communications, influencer marketing. PR, relationship management and events.
  • Feeling in latest trends within sports, fashion and streetwear/and insights within niche subcultures/communities/networks – preferably with womens focus.
  • Creative and sense of visual content and production – and simultaneously be skilled at analyzing our target audiences and capturing new trends.
  • Experiences with creating and managing content production.
  • Production management skills
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral and presentation.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years in PR and digital communication or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3 years experience from an PR Agency.
  • Bachelor degree or similar with communications.
  • Outgoing mindset and adaptable for changes.
  • Experience of sport or youth related marketing preferably with Global brands linked to sport
