About the role
We have a new opportunity for an Ad Operations Executive to join our growing team in Stockholm. Reporting to the Director of Ad Operations EMEA, you will be responsible for delivering successful campaigns for advertisers and maintaining the best reputation in the market. The role will focus on excellence in the delivery of our commercial campaigns and you will be managing all aspects of the post sales process for our advertisers and our podcasters. The ultimate goal that will drive everything you do, will be to ensure that all advertisers and podcasters always have the best Acast commercial experience.

How you will contribute:
  • Assist with the delivery of client campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are on time and correct
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues campaigns might face
  • Work closely with ad technology partners
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns go live on-time
  • Work closely with our podcasters, clients and agencies on commercial partnerships
  • Test all 3rd party tracking, including viewability and brand safety vendors
  • Proactively optimise all campaigns at regular intervals and communicate any delivery concerns to sales
  • Deliver campaign reports and regular metric-based reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Reconcile delivery figures and handle any additional billing queries
  • Manage podcaster requests and expectations
  • Generate reports for clients (including end of campaign reporting and ad-hoc requests)
  • Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns

Who you are
  • A track record of delivering executional excellence in a similar environment is ideal
  • You will be a swift and diplomatic problem solver, who continuously exhibits excellent judgement even under pressure
  • As this is a role that will help accelerate our continued commercial success, experience within a revenue driven environment is beneficial
  • The ability to manage and prioritise your workload, taking ownership of all assigned tasks and delivering within set deadlines
  • Confident communication skills in order to manage and nurture relationships with talent, networks and advertisers
  • You will also be collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders so someone who believes in team work making the dream work is a must

  • Fluency in Swedish and English is ideal
